For the last ten years I have used the slogan --
if time is money, I'm priceless.

It really is true!

I consistently rank in the "upper ranks" of real estate
sales at Shorewest Realtors (C), in the Lake Country
Office. Why? Because I go that extra step, to help you
achieve that sale, to your advantage.

I come from a 5th generation Wisconsin Lake Country family.
My great, great grandparents moved to an Okauchee
bungalow in the early 1900's on Nickels' Point. My
grandfather, Roy Mahnke, spent his retirement remodelling
small cottages on Okauchee lake.

Family is very important to me.

My son, Damian, is a CPA who works as a financial analyst --
his help with investment property and tax information is
invaluable.

My sister, Roberta, is my marketing and web support.
Together we provide family-oriented customer service to
our buyers and sellers. What more could you ask for?

In the last 15 years I have been blessed to work with
wonderful builders, whose specialties are condominium
projects, new subdivision sales, and single-family new
construction homes.
